• Welcome guests and listen to their vehicle concerns
• Clearly explain service and maintenance recommendations
• Prepare work orders and coordinate with technicians
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines
• Keep guests informed throughout the service process
• Review completed work and future maintenance needs
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working with service software and systems
• A team player with a professional attitude
• Valid driver’s license
